   Managed the Stanford Daily's weekly entertainment section. Duties included editing all copy and coordinating writers, layout and graphics assignments.  Also edited news and feature stories, reviewed movies and reported for the Daily.

   As a night-shift aide on the Post’s Style desk, duties included managing music listings, assigning reviewers, managing a weekly contest and assisting the copy desk; while working on the Metro and News desks duties included coordinating layout, photo and graphics assignments; summarizing local news broadcasts, compiling daily lottery results, delivering proofs and answering newsroom and copy desk telephones. Also helped research the “Millennium Milestones” feature and trained as a copy editor for the Post’s zoned local inserts.
